摘　　要：禽流感是危害世界家禽养殖业和公共卫生的一种重要人畜共患传染病,防控禽流感的主要措施是疫苗免疫。我国自2004年批准生产禽流感疫苗以来,不断对禽流感病毒进行监测,调整疫苗生产毒株,在开发传统灭活疫苗的同时,开展重组禽流感病毒灭活疫苗和新型疫苗研究,有效预防家禽和人感染禽流感。本文对我国禽流感疫苗的研究与应用进展进行综述,以期为禽流感防控的疫苗选择及研究开发提供参考。Avian influenza is an important zoonotic infectious disease that endangers the world's poultry industry and public health.The main measure for preventing and controlling avian influenza is vaccination.Since China approved the production of the avian influenza vaccine in 2004,it has continuously monitored the virus and adjusted the vaccine production strains.While developing traditional inactivated vaccines,the application and development of recombinant avian influenza virus inactivated vaccines and new vaccines have made rapid progress,effectively preventing avian influenza infection in poultry and humans.This article reviews the research and application progress of avian influenza vaccines in China,aiming to provide a reference for vaccine selection,research and application in avian influenza prevention and control.
