摘　　要：目的总结孕前超重/肥胖孕妇孕期体重管理的证据,为医护人员开展个性化指导提供依据。方法采用主题词结合自由词,系统检索国内外相关数据库及专业网站中关于孕前超重/肥胖孕妇孕期体重管理的相关文献,包括最佳临床实践、临床决策、指南、证据总结、系统评价、meta分析、随机对照试验和专家共识,时间为建库至2024年3月21日。结果共纳入文献17篇,其中3篇临床决策、5篇指南、1篇证据总结、3篇系统评价、4篇随机对照试验、1篇专家共识,分别从孕期体重管理的必要性、评估、目标及策略4个方面进行总结,最终形成了25条证据。结论本研究总结了孕前超重/肥胖孕妇孕期体重管理的证据,为临床实践提供了循证依据。但医护人员在应用证据前,应根据孕妇自身状况及意愿制定个体化和针对性的管理方案,降低妊娠风险,从而保障母婴安全。Objective To summarize the evidence on the management of body mass during pregnancy in preconception overweight/obese pregnant women,and to provide a basis for personalized guidance for healthcare professionals.Methods The related literature on the management of body mass during pregnancy in preconception overweight/obese pregnant women was searched using a combination of subject headings and free word system from domestic and international databases and relevant professional websites,including best clinical practice,clinical decision-making,guidelines,evidence summaries,systematic evaluations,Meta-analyses,randomized controlled trials,and expert consensus from the time of database construction to March 21,2024.Results A total of 17 publications were included,including 3 clinical decisions,5 guidelines,1 evidence summary,3 systematic evaluations,4 randomized controlled trials,and 1 expert consensus,which summarized 4 aspects of the necessity,assessment,goals,and strategies for the management of body mass during pregnancy,resulting in 25 pieces of evidence.Conclusion The evidence on the management of body mass during pregnancy in preconception overweight/obese pregnant women in this study was summarized so as to provide an evidence-based basis for clinical practice.However,before applying the evidence,healthcare professionals should formulate individualized and targeted management plans according to the pregnant women's own conditions and wishes to reduce the risk of pregnancy,thus ensuring the safety of mothers and infants.
