致密砂岩储层径向井压裂技术的适应性

摘  要:为探究径向井压裂技术在不同致密砂岩储层的适应性,利用人工致密砂岩岩样(300 mm×300 mm×300 mm)开展了真三轴径向井压裂室内实验,分析了正断层、走滑断层与逆断层3种地应力状态及不同径向井方位角下压裂裂缝形态与岩石破裂压力。研究表明:储层为正断层应力状态时,方位角低于45°的径向井能有效引导裂缝扩展,岩石破裂压力随方位角增大而增大;走滑断层应力状态时,裂缝形态受地应力场与径向井周应力场共同影响,方位角低于60°时有利于多排径向井的连通,且裂缝形态越复杂,岩石破裂压力越大;逆断层应力状态时,不同方位角径向井压裂后均形成单一水平裂缝。研究成果可为径向井压裂技术在不同致密砂岩储层的应用提供理论指导。To investigate the applicability of fracturing technology for radial wellbore in different tight sandstone reservoirs,true triaxial radial wellbore fracturing experiments are conducted using artificial tight sandstone samples(300 mm×300 mm×300 mm).The fracture morphology and rock breaking pressure in hydraulic fracturing of radial wellbore under three types of in-situ stress conditions(normal fault,strike-slip fault,and reverse fault)and different radial wellbore azimuths are analyzed.The results show that under normal fault stress conditions,radial wellbores with azimuths less than 45°can effectively guide the fracture to extend directionally,and the breaking pressure increases with the increase of radial wellbore azimuth.Under strike-slip fault stress conditions,the fracture morphology is affected by both the in-situ stress field and the stress field around the radial wellbore,and when the azimuth angle is below 60°,it is beneficial for the connectivity of multiple rows of radial wells.The more complex the fracture morphology,the greater the rock break pressure.Under reverse fault stress conditions,simple horizontal fractures that connect radial wellbores in the same layer are formed when fracturing radial wellbores with different azimuths.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for applying radial hydraulic fracturing technology to different tight sandstone reservoirs.
