摘 要:为进一步提高苏里格南国际合作区定向井钻井速度,通过分析定向井井下钻柱受力情况,确定了井口测量参数与井底实际参数的转换关系,明确了螺杆钻具输出特性,建立了定向井复合钻井修正机械比能模型,并基于该模型分析钻井效率、优化钻井参数。以SN000A井录井数据为基础,对比分析了不同机械比能模型的效果,结果表明建立的修正机械比能模型具有较高的计算精度。利用修正模型针对性地对SN000A井钻遇各地层进行钻井参数优化,优化结果对于苏里格南国际合作区定向井钻井提速具有良好的指导意义,该优化方法也可为其他区块钻井提速提供借鉴。To further enhance the drilling speed of directional wells in the South Sulige International Cooperation Zone,the conversion relationship between the measured parameters at the wellhead and the actual parameters at the bottom of the well and the output characteristics of the screw drilling tool were determined by analyzing the stress situation of the drill string in directional wells.A modified mechanical specific energy model for composite drilling of directional well was established.Based on this model,drilling efficiency was analyzed and drilling parameters were optimized.Based on the logging data of SN000A well,the effects of different mechanical specific energy models were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the modified mechanical specific energy model established had high computational accuracy.The drilling parameters of various formations encountered in SN000A well were optimized using the modified model,the optimization results have good guiding significance for drilling speed increasing of directional wells in the South Sulige International Cooperation Zone,and can also provide reference for drilling speed increasing of other blocks.
