摩莱里的共同富裕思想——以《自然法典》为中心的考察

摘　　要：在18世纪,封建专制统治下的法国社会经济渐趋凋敝,且资本主义生产方式令工人深陷贫困泥沼。在此时代背景下,摩莱里在传承、吸纳并借鉴托马斯·莫尔、托马斯·康帕内拉、孟德斯鸠等先哲共同富裕理念的根基上,形成了自己的共同富裕思想。摩莱里共同富裕思想的关键要义涵盖:私有制的消灭与公有制的确立,是构成实现共同富裕的制度基石;法律是驱动并保障共同富裕的关键支撑;按需分配乃是实现共同富裕的必要条件;精神生活的共同富裕亦为其重要维度。摩莱里的共同富裕思想是马克思主义共同富裕思想的重要理论来源,对其系统梳理能让我们更好地理解马克思主义共同富裕思想的思想脉络,认识新时代中国扎实推动共同富裕的必然性。In the 18th century,the French society and economy under the feudal dictatorship were gradually declining,and the capitalist mode of production had plunged the workers into the quagmire of poverty.Against this background,Morelly developed his own idea of common wealth based on the ideas of Thomas More,Thomas Campanella,Montesquieu and other philosophers.The key points of the idea of common wealth include:the elimination of private ownership and the establishment of public ownership are the institutional cornerstones for realizing common wealth;the law is the key support for driving and guaranteeing common wealth;distribution according to needs is the necessary condition for realizing common wealth;and the common wealth of spiritual life is also an important dimension of the idea.His ideology constitutes a significant theoretical source for the Marxist concept of common wealth.A systematic examination of his thoughts enables us to better comprehend the intellectual lineage of Marxist common wealth theory and to recognize the inevitability of China’s steadfast advancement towards common wealth in the new era.
