地方文化传承发展与地方高校创新创业教育互融互促的机理与路径

摘　　要：地方文化传承发展与地方高校创新创业教育之间具有内在的关系。一方面,地方文化是推动地方高校创新创业教育高质量发展的现实基础、优质资源和宝贵载体,地方文化及其传承发展能够为地方高校创新创业教育高质量发展提供源源不竭的动力;另一方面,地方高校创新创业教育是促进地方文化传承发展的重要途径,有利于推动地方文化内容不断丰富、形式不断创新,影响力不断增强,让地方文化焕发新的生机活力和彰显新的时代价值。在新发展阶段,地方高校应进一步健全和完善地方文化传承发展与创新创业教育互融互促的制度机制与工作格局,促进地方文化传承发展与创新创业教育全过程、各环节的有机结合,构建以学校为中心的地方文化传承发展共同体,完善特色校本课程教学体系,搭建多元创新创业教育实践平台,完善适应地方文化传承发展的创新创业教育支撑保障机制与考核评价机制,从而一体化推动地方文化传承发展、推进地方高校创新创业教育高质量发展。There is an inherent relationship between the inheritance and development of local culture and innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities.On the one hand,local culture is the practical foundation,high-quality resource,and valuable carrier for promoting the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities.Local culture and its inheritance and development can provide an inexhaustible source of power for the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities;On the other hand,innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities is an important way to promote the inheritance and development of local culture,which is conducive to continuously enriching the content and innovating the forms of local culture,making local culture radiate new vitality and demonstrate new era values.In the new stage of development,local universities should further improve and perfect the institutional mechanisms and work patterns for the integration and mutual promotion of local cultural heritage development and innovation and entrepreneurship education,promote the organic integration of local cultural heritage development and innovation and entrepreneurship education in the whole process and all links,build a local cultural heritage development community centered on schools,improve the characteristic school-based curriculum teaching system,build a diversified innovation and entrepreneurship education practice platform,improve the support and evaluation mechanisms for innovation and entrepreneurship education that adapt to local cultural heritage development,and thus promote the integrated development of local cultural heritage and high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities.
