双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎急性发作的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的针对溃疡性结肠炎急性发作患者在美沙拉嗪用药基础上联合双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊,观察其对患者消化道症状、炎症因子水平的影响。方法回顾性选取徐州矿务集团第二医院2022年6月至2024年6月收治的溃疡性结肠炎急性发作患者80例,以随机数表分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例),分别采取美沙拉嗪治疗与联合双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗,比较两组疗效、消化道症状、内镜评分、肠炎活动指数(DAI评分)及炎症因子水平改善情况。结果两组疗效比较为95.00%vs.80.00%(P<0.05);治疗前后组内各项消化道症状积分比较观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后内镜评分、DAI评分均明显下降(P<0.05);IL-6、TNF-α治疗后较治疗前均改善,观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论溃疡性结肠炎急性发作患者行双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊联合美沙拉嗪治疗,有利于改善消化道症状及肠炎活动指数,减轻炎症反应,效果可靠。Objective To investigate the effects of a combination of mesalazine and Bifidobacterium triple viable enteric coated capsules on gastrointestinal symptoms and inflammatory cytokine levels in patients with acute exacerbation of ulcerative colitis.Methods Eighty patients with acute exacerbation of ulcerative colitis admitted to the Second Hospital of Xuzhou Mining Group from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(40 cases)using a random number table.They were treated with mesalazine and combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable enteric capsules,respectively.The efficacy,gastrointestinal symptoms,endoscopic score,colitis activity index(DAI score),and improvement of inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The comparison of therapeutic effects between the two groups was 95.00%vs.80.00%(P<0.05);Before and after treatment,the scores of various digestive symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,both endoscopic and DAI scores significantly decreased(P<0.05);After treatment,both IL-6 and TNF-αimproved compared to before treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bifidobacterium triple active bacteria enteric coated capsules and mesalazine treatment is beneficial for improving gastrointestinal symptoms and enteritis activity index,reducing inflammatory reactions,and has a reliable effect in patients with acute exacerbation of UC.
