预见性护理在急诊宫外孕患者手术室护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析对于急诊宫外孕围手术期患者采取预见性护理的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年12月我院收治的68例急诊宫外孕手术患者资料,以实施的护理方案为分组依据,分为预见性护理组(观察组,34例)和常规护理组(对照组,34例)。比较两组患者围手术期指标、不良心理状态、生活质量、疼痛程度、术后并发症。结果与对照组患者相比,观察组患者急诊停留时间和手术时间明显更短,术中出血量更少(P<0.001)。干预后,两组患者SDS评分、SAS评分、VAS评分显著降低(P<0.001),QOL评分显著升高(P<0.001);且与对照组患者相比,观察组患者SDS评分、SAS评分、VAS评分明显更低(P<0.001),QOL评分明显更高(P<0.001)。结论对于急诊宫外孕患者围手术期采取预见性护理干预可缩短急救及手术时间,减少术中出血量,改善患者的不良心理和生活质量,降低患者术后疼痛程度,降低术后并发症的发生风险。Objective To analyze the clinical value of proactive nursing care during the perioperative period for patients with emergency ectopic pregnancy.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 68 patients who underwent emergency surgery for ectopic pregnancy at our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023.Patients were divided into two groups based on the nursing interventions provided:the proactive nursing group(observation group,n=34)and the conventional nursing group(control group,n=34).Perioperative indicators,adverse psychological states,quality of life,pain levels,nursing satisfaction,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared to the control group,patients in the observation group had significantly shorter emergency stay times and surgical durations,with less intraoperative blood loss(P<0.001).Following the intervention,both groups demonstrated significant reductions in Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,and Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores(P<0.001),along with significant increases in Quality of Life(QOL)scores(P<0.001).Furthermore,the observation group had lower SDS,SAS,and VAS scores compared to the control group(P<0.001),and their QOL scores were significantly higher(P<0.001).Conclusion Implementing proactive nursing interventions for patients undergoing emergency ectopic pregnancy surgery can shorten emergency and surgical times,reduce intraoperative blood loss,improve adverse psychological states and quality of life,decrease postoperative pain levels,enhance nursing satisfaction,and lower the risk of postoperative complications.
