发展农业供应链金融有助于乡村产业振兴吗?——基于省级面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：在中国全面推进乡村振兴战略的背景下,农业供应链金融作为促进乡村产业发展的重要工具,其对乡村产业振兴的影响受到广泛关注。通过选取2014-2022年中国31个省份的动态调查数据与宏观经济数据作为研究对象,旨在实证分析农业供应链金融对乡村产业振兴的影响及其作用机制。以线性回归模型作为主要的分析工具,通过构建面板数据模型来考察农业供应链金融对乡村产业振兴的影响。结果发现,农业供应链金融对乡村产业振兴具有显著的正向影响,金融支持在推动乡村产业发展中发挥了关键作用。城镇化率和生产规模作为重要的传导机制,分别在不同程度上影响了农业供应链金融对乡村产业振兴的作用效果。城镇化率的提高有助于促进乡村产业振兴,而生产规模的扩大则进一步强化了这一正向效应。基于这些结论,提出了一系列政策建议:首先,加强农业供应链金融服务体系建设,通过设立专项基金、提供财政补贴或税收优惠等方式,鼓励金融机构向农业供应链提供更多的贷款和信贷服务。其次,优化城镇化进程,发挥其在乡村产业振兴中的积极作用,同时注重保护农业和农村地区的可持续发展。最后,促进生产规模的合理扩大,提升农业生产效率,通过技术推广、教育培训和市场信息服务等措施,帮助农业企业和农户提高生产管理水平,实现生产规模的优化和扩大。此外,还应强化对农业供应链金融的监管,确保金融资源的有效配置,以实现乡村产业的可持续发展。Under China’s comprehensive rural revitalization strategy,agricultural supply chain finance,as a crucial instrument for promoting rural industrial development,has attracted widespread attention regarding its impact on rural industrial revitalization.This study utilizes dynamic survey data and macroeconomic indicators from 31 Chinese provinces(autonomous regions/municipalities)spanning 2014-2022 to empirically analyze the influence of agricultural supply chain finance on rural industrial revitalization and its transmission mechanisms.Employing linear regression models and constructing panel data models,the research reveals that agricultural supply chain finance exerts a significantly positive impact on rural industrial revitalization,demonstrating the pivotal role of financial support in driving rural industrial development.Urbanization rate and production scale serve as important transmission mechanisms,differentially mediating the effect of agricultural supply chain finance on rural revitalization.Specifically,increased urbanization rates facilitate rural industrial revitalization,while expanded production scale further amplifies this positive effect.Based on these findings,this paper proposes several policy recommendations:First,strengthen the agricultural supply chain financial service system by establishing special funds,providing financial subsidies or tax incentives to encourage financial institutions to enhance credit services for agricultural supply chains.Second,optimize urbanization processes to leverage their positive role in rural revitalization while ensuring sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas.Third,promote rational expansion of production scale and improve agricultural productivity through technology extension,vocational training,and market information services to enhance production management capabilities for agricultural enterprises and farmers.Additionally,regulatory oversight of agricultural supply chain finance should be reinforced to ensure efficient allocation of financi
