摘　　要：科技创新不仅改变了生产方式,还推动了生产力的质变,从而形成了新的生产力体系。其内在逻辑在于,通过技术创新引领产业结构优化升级,提升资源配置效率,并通过提高生产效率、降低成本、拓展市场空间,推动经济持续增长。在作用机制方面,科技创新通过培育新产业为新质生产力发展拓展新空间,通过催生新模式为新质生产力发展提供新引擎,通过形成新动能为新质生产力发展注入新动力。在实现路径上,需完善新型举国体制,打好关键核心技术攻坚战;需畅通“科技—产业—金融”良性循环,完善科技创新生态体系;应推动更高水平的对外开放,创造有利于科技创新的全球环境。Technological innovation not only transforms production methods but also drives qualitative changes in productivity,thereby forming a new system of productive forces.Its internal logic lies in leveraging technological advancements to optimize and upgrade industrial structures,enhance resource allocation efficiency,and promote sustained economic growth by improving production efficiency,reducing costs,and expanding market space.In terms of its mechanism of action,technological innovation expands new spaces for the development of new-quality productive forces by fostering emerging industries,provides new drivers by catalyzing innovative business models,and injects new momentum by creating fresh economic dynamics.Regarding its implementation path,the nation should improve the modernized national governance system and tackle key core technological challenges.Enterprises must establish a smooth“technology-industry-finance”virtuous cycle and refine the technological innovation ecosystem.Meanwhile,society should advance higher-level international openness and create a globally favorable environment for technological innovation.
