摘　　要：技术封建主义是西方学界对垄断性数字平台以封地和租金替代市场和利润的批判总结。当前,平台经济作为新质生产力的重要组成部分,是实现高质量发展、推动中国式现代化的强劲动能。由于我国平台经济关键技术存在明显短板、部分产业数字化转型动能不足、相关数字平台发展后劲欠缺,存在陷入技术封建主义的显性风险。因此,应进一步明确平台经济视角下新质生产力的价值旨归,深化党对新质生产力纵深发展的全面领导、强化政府运用平台经济深入引领产业数字化转型、完善法律规范平台经济的健康发展,使得新质生产力引领下的平台经济健康可持续发展。Technological feudalism is a critique of monopolizing digital platforms and replacing markets and profits with fiefdoms and rents.At present,the platform economy,as an important part of the new quality of productivity,is a strong driving force for achieving high-quality development and promoting Chinese-style modernization.Due to the obvious shortcomings of the key technologies of China’s platform economy,the lack of momentum for the digital transformation of some industries,and the lack of stamina for the development of related digital platforms,there is an obvious risk of falling into technological feudalism.Therefore,it is necessary to further clarify the value of new quality productivity from the perspective of platform economy,deepen the party’s overall leadership over the in-depth development of new quality productivity,strengthen the government’s use of platform economy to deeply lead the digital transformation of industries,and improve laws to regulate the healthy development of platform economy,this will ensure the healthy and sustainable development of platform economy under the guidance of new quality productivity.
