摘　　要：为研究机场特种车辆运行作业风险,收集航空安全报告系统中1989—2024年间涉及机场特种车辆的752条严重不安全事件报告,并对报告中叙述和简述部分进行文本挖掘和文本分析;用分析人活动的SHEL模型对主题要素与机场特种车辆种类、人为因素、不安全事件后果之间的相关性进行分析;参照质量功能展开结构设计机场特种车辆运行风险安全屋并进行安全功能展开,对机场特种车辆运行风险进行可视化。研究发现:依据文本挖掘结果,识别出机场特种车辆作业的18个风险主题要素;降低机场特种车辆运行风险需重点在车速过快、机场能见度低、地面人员警戒失效这3个方面采取防控措施。In order to research the operation risk of special vehicles in airports,the reports on 752 serious unsafe incidents involving special vehicles in the aviation safety reporting system from 1989 to 2024 were collected,and the text mining and test analysis were carried out on the narratives and summaries of the reports.The correlations between the topic factors and types of special vehicles,human factors,and consequences of unsafe incidents were analyzed respectively through the SHEL model used for the analysis of human activity.“Safe house for operation risk”of special vehicles in the airport was designed and the safety function deployment method was carried out referring to the Quality Function Deployment Structure method,and the visualization of the operation risk of special vehicles was implemented.It is found that 18 operation risk topic elements of special vehicles in the airport are identified according to the results of the text mining,and the focus for reducing the operation risk of special vehicles in the airport is to take prevention and control measures in three aspects of the excessive speed of special vehicles,low visibility in the airport,and the failure of the ground staff vigilance.
