煤制油多元气体泄漏非接触式三维红外遥测系统研究

摘　　要：为准确解决煤制油过程气体泄漏问题,确保工人安全和减少环境污染,研制一种煤化油气体红外监测系统。首先,在PARES-100气体红外遥测仪的基础上进行改进设计,组成新的监测仪系统;然后,开展4组有毒有害气体现场监测外场测试研究,并在煤制油厂区进行现场试验。结果表明:研制的监测系统突破二维空间扫描和监测仪集成技术,按特定光谱分辨率对所框选区域进行扫描,光谱扫描速率为8次/s,常温下启动时间不超过4 min,能够完成气体泄漏监测任务,实现快速、准确、可靠地获取工业有毒有害气体遥测数据,达到对工业气体泄漏和排放的快速感知和早期预警;构建60种化学气体库,分为气体识别通用库(47种)与煤制油专用库(13种)。研究成果可为煤化工企业生产安全提供有力保障。In order to accurately solve the problem of gas leakage in the coal-to-oil process,ensure the safety of workers and reduce environmental pollution,a coal-to-oil gas infrared monitoring system is developed.Firstly,the new monitor system is composed by improving the design on the basis of PARES-100 gas infrared telemetry instrument;then,four groups of toxic and hazardous gases on-site monitoring field test studies are carried out,and field tests are conducted in the coal-to-oil plant area.The results show that:the developed monitoring system breaks through the two-dimensional spatial scanning and monitor integration technology,scans the boxed area according to a specific spectral resolution,with a spectral scanning rate of 8 times/s,and a start-up time of no more than 4 min at room temperature,and is capable of completing the task of gas leakage monitoring,realizing the rapid,accurate,and reliable access to the industrial toxic and hazardous gas telemetry data,and achieving the fast perception and early warning of the industrial gas leakage and emission.It also constructs a library of 60 chemical gases,which is divided into a general library for gas identification(47 types)and a special library for coal-to-oil production(13 types).The research results provide a strong guarantee for the production safety of coal chemical enterprises.
