摘  要:为深入挖掘电力安全事故的关键致因因素,厘清事故致因因素间的作用机理,以我国发生于2020—2023年的136起电力安全事故为样本,通过文本挖掘流程,即文本分词、权重计算、特征提取,对致因因素进行识别,并按照人-物-环-管进行分类,以此构建指标体系;采用Aprior关联规则算法挖掘致因因素间的强关联关系,然后基于关联规则的前后项和提升度,构建电力安全事故的致因网络,以此识别关键致因因素并提出对策建议。结果表明:管理疏漏和个体不当行为是事故发生的主要原因,管理疏漏包括安全教育培训不到位、安全风险辨识与隐患排查治理不到位、未履行安全生产主体责任,个体不当行为包括安全意识淡薄、违规违章作业。研究结果可为电力工程安全管理提供一定参考。In order to analyze deeply the key causal factors of power safety accidents and clarify the mechanisms of action between these factors,136 causal factors of power safety accidents were taken as examples,and the causal factors were identified through text mining processes of text segmentation,weight calculation and feature extraction.The causal factors were classified according to the“human-material-environment-management”framework to construct an indicator system.The Aprior association rule algorithm was applied to explore the strong correlations between causal factors,and subsequently,a causae network for power safety accidents was constructed based on the antecedents,consequences,and lift of association rules,so as to identify the key casual factors and propose the countermeasures.The results show that management negligence and individual misconduct are the primary causes of accidents.Among them,management factors include inadequate safety education and training,inadequate identification of safety risks and hidden dangers,and failure to fulfill the main responsibility of the work safety,and human factors include weak safety awareness and illegal operations.The reasearch results can provide reference for the safety management of the power engineering.
