摘　　要：中国共产党与阿根廷政党交往是中国共产党党际外交的重要组成部分。两国政党的交流与合作对于促进两国的经贸往来、推动两国“一带一路”合作、脱贫经验的分享与学习、推动中国共产党与其他各政党的交流与合作等方面起到至关重要的作用。两国政党的交流与合作存在非常多的有利因素:意识形态障碍较小、贸易合作的推动、阿根廷独特的外交理念等,但也存在两国社会制度与语言文化差异较大、阿根廷政局时有动荡影响其外交政策、两国相关研究人才较少等问题。两国对此须加大关注力度,增强交流与合作,推动两国关系稳步向前。两国政党交往过程中呈现出一系列特征:中国共产党对于阿根廷政党交往的主要对象是阿根廷共产党与左翼政党;党际外交推动国家关系发展;两国政党侧重于治国理政经验的交流;两国政党交往方式与形式不断创新等。进入新时代以来,在中国共产党的领导下,我国在政治、经济、生态文明等方面提出一系列新理念、新目标、新举措,并深入贯彻落实到实践中去,取得了举世瞩目的成就,对世界的贡献越来越大,国际影响力不断提升,话语权不断增强,吸引着阿根廷向中国学习。The exchanges and cooperation between the Communist Party of China and Argentine political parties are an important part of the inter-party diplomacy of the Communist Party of China.The exchanges and cooperation between the two countries'political parties play a crucial role in promoting economic and trade exchanges,advancing the Belt and Road cooperation,sharing and learning from each other's poverty alleviation experiences,and enhancing exchanges and cooperation between the Communist Party of China and other political parties.There are many favorable factors for the exchanges and cooperation between the two countries'political parties,such as relatively small ideological barriers,the promotion of trade cooperation,and Argentina's unique diplomatic concepts.However,there are also some problems,such as the significant differences in social systems and language cultures between the two countries,the frequent political instability in Argentina that affects its foreign policy,and the scarcity of relevant research talents in both countries.Both countries need to pay more attention to these issues,enhance exchanges and cooperation,and promote the steady development of bilateral relations.During the process of exchanges between the two countries'political parties,a series of characteristics have emerged,such as the fact that the main objects of the Communist Party of China's exchanges with Argentine political parties are the Communist Party of Argentina and leftwing parties;party-to-party diplomacy promotes the development of state-to-state relations;the two countries'political parties focus on the exchange of governance experience;and the ways and forms of exchanges between the two countries'political parties are constantly innovating.Since the new era,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,China has proposed a series of new concepts,new goals,and new measures in politics,economy,ecological civilization,and other aspects,and has deeply implemented them in practice,achieving remarkable achievements that h
