孝感市中长期铁路网发展规划研究

摘　　要：本次研究在总结孝感市铁路网发展现状及存在问题的基础上,结合铁路发展形势和发展阶段性特征、铁路运输需求等,分析区域国家重大战略,充分衔接《新时代交通强国铁路先行规划纲要》、《中长期铁路网规划》等相关上位规划最新成果,研究提出孝感市中长期铁路网规划的原则和目标;针对高速、普速、城际、市域(郊)、专用线提出相应的规划布局,形成孝感市中长期铁路网总体构架。远景年度,孝感市境内铁路网构架将规划建设成“三纵两横”高铁(城际)铁路网、“两纵一横多支”普速铁路网、“一主两支”城际铁路网和“四放射”市域网络,为强化孝感市作为武汉都市圈、长江经济带区域性中心城市、交通枢纽的地位提供有力支撑。On the basis of summarizing the current situation of railroad network development and existing problems in Xiaogan City,this study combines the study of railroad development situation and development stage characteristics,the study of railroad transportation demand,etc.,analyzes the major strategies of the regional countries,and fully connects with the“Outline of Railway Pioneer Planning for a Strong Transportation Country in the New Era”,the“Medium and Long-Term Railway Network Planning”and other relevant latest results of the previous planning,and proposes the principles and objectives of the mid-and longterm railroad network planning in Xiaogan City.Objectives;put forward corresponding planning layouts for high-speed railroads,general-speed railroads,intercity railroads,municipal(suburban)railroads,and special line railroads,and form the overall framework of the medium-and long-term railroad network of Xiaogan City.In the perspective year,the railroad network framework in Xiaogan City will be planned and constructed into“three vertical and two horizontal”high-speed(intercity)railroad network,“two vertical and one horizontal multi-branch”high-speed railroad network,“one main and two branch”intercity railroad network and“one main and two branch”high-speed railroad network.Intercity railroad network and“four-radial”city network,which will provide strong support for the strengthening of Xiaogan as a regional central city and transportation hub of Wuhan Metropolitan Area and Yangtze River Economic Belt.
