摘 要:文章研究了长沙至浏阳市域(郊)铁路黄花机场至浏阳段(“长浏快线”)的速度目标值。作为国内首条磁浮制式市域铁路,长浏快线的设计速度需综合考虑功能定位、客流特征、时间目标及经济技术等因素。文章首先概述了项目的基本情况和主要车站设置,分析了客流特点,预测随着城市化进程的推进,客运量将持续增长。结合长株潭都市圈的轨道交通规划,确定旅行时间目标为60分钟。系统比选120、140、160 km/h三种速度目标值。研究表明:120 km/h方案可满足关键区段25分钟(T3站-经开区站)及全线45分钟通行要求,达速区间占比达40%,显著优于140 km/h(21.8%)与160 km/h(6.2%);经济性上,该方案桥梁、隧道及车辆成本节约明显,且与既有磁浮系统兼容性更优。综合评估,120km/h的速度目标值更为合理,为类似项目的规划建设提供参考。This study investigates the speed target value for the Changsha to Liuyang Suburban Railway(Huanghua Airport to Liuyang Section),known as the"Changliu Express Line."As China's first maglev-type suburban railway,the design speed of the Changliu Express Line requires comprehensive consideration of functional positioning,passenger flow characteristics,time targets,and economic-technical factors.The paper begins by outlining the project’s basic layout and key station arrangements,analyzing passenger flow patterns and predicting sustained growth in ridership driven by urbanization.Aligned with the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan rail transit plan,a travel time target of 60 minutes was established.A systematic comparison of three speed options—120 km/h,140 km/h,and 160 km/h—was conducted.Findings indicate that the 120 km/h scheme meets critical section travel time requirements(25 minutes for T3 Station to Economic Development Zone Station and 45 minutes for the entire line),with 40%of sections achieving maximum speed,significantly outperforming the 140 km/h(21.8%)and 160 km/h(6.2%)options.Economically,this scheme reduces costs for bridges,tunnels,and rolling stock while demonstrating superior compatibility with existing maglev systems.Integrated evaluation concludes that a 120 km/h speed target is optimal,offering valuable insights for planning similar projects.
