摘 要:自密实混凝土(SCC)是高速铁路CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道充填层的主要材料,充填层灌板施工工艺要求SCC具备高工作性能和良好的施工稳定性。天然河砂是充填层SCC的关键原材料,由于受铁路施工条件影响,细骨料级配常出现波动,进而导致SCC施工稳定性问题。为探明细骨料级配变化对SCC的影响并进行有效调整,本文研究了细骨料复掺和外掺增稠材料对SCC等效砂浆工作性能、强度和干缩率的影响。结果表明,将不同细骨料按一定比例复掺,优化级配,可改善等效砂浆的工作性能和抗压抗折强度,但会增加等效砂浆的干缩率。增稠材料可显著改善等效砂浆的施工稳定性,且对干缩率影响较小,但会降低等效砂浆的抗压和抗折强度。Self-Compacting Concrete(SCC)is the main material of CRTSⅢplate-type ballastless track filling layer for high-speed railway.SCC filling effect directly affects the structural durability of track plate.Natural river sand is the key raw material of filling SCC.Due to the influence of railway construction conditions,the fine aggregate gradation often fluctuates,which leads to the stability of SCC construction.In order to find out the effect of fine aggregate gradation on SCC and adjust it effectively,the effects of fine aggregate compounding and additive thickening material on the workability,strength and dry shrinkage ratio of SCC Concrete-Equivalent Mortar were studied.The results show that the work performance and compressive strength and flexural strength of the equivalent mortar can be improved by mixing different fine aggregates proportionally and optimizing the gradation,but the dry shrinkage of the equivalent mortar can be increased.The thickening component can significantly improve the construction stability of Concrete-Equivalent Mortar,and has little effect on dry shrinkage,but can reduce the compressive and flexural strength of Concrete-Equivalent Mortar.
