摘  要:为解决地铁车辆关键部件采用定周期维修策略造成过度维修或维修不足的问题,提出预防性维修策略优化车辆部件维修周期,同时利用费效比匹配不同等级维修人员。首先,采用威布尔分布描述部件的故障率演化规律;其次,引入以故障率递增因子与役龄递减因子为基础的混合故障率模型描述部件衰退规律;再次,建立维修时间模型,描述部件维修时间随服役时间增加而增加的规律。最后,以可靠度阈值为决策变量,以维修总成本为优化目标,建立预防性维修策略。算例结果表明,通过求解最优预防性维修可靠度阈值,可得地铁车辆关键部件预防性维修计划,并根据部件状态分配不同等级维修人员,为地铁车辆的维修提供一定理论支持。In order to solve the problem of excessive maintenance or insufficient maintenance caused by the fixed-cycle maintenance strategy for key components of subway vehicles,a preventive maintenance strategy is proposed to optimize the maintenance cycle of vehicle components,and the cost-effectiveness ratio is used to match different levels of maintenance personnel.Firstly,Weibull distribution is used to describe the failure rate evolution law of components.Secondly,the mixed failure rate model based on the failure rate increasing factor and the service age decreasing factor is introduced to describe the component degradation law.Thirdly,a maintenance time model is established to describe the law that the maintenance time of components increases with the increase of service time.Finally,the preventive maintenance strategy is established with the reliability threshold as the decision variable and the total maintenance cost as the optimization goal.The results of the example show that by solving the optimal preventive maintenance reliability threshold,the preventive maintenance plan of the key components of the subway vehicle can be obtained,and different levels of maintenance personnel can be allocated according to the status of the components,which provides certain theoretical support for the maintenance of the subway vehicle.
