摘 要:在智能化浪潮的持续推进下,大模型已成为人工智能领域中备受瞩目的核心技术形态。大模型落地不仅是人工智能和实体经济的深度融合,涵盖了技术适配、场景挖掘、产业协同以及市场推广、私有化部署、政策引领等多个复杂环节,更是生产关系调整、经济要素重新配置和经济价值创造过程,堪称复杂系统工程,其背后蕴含着深刻的经济学逻辑。大模型落地的路径选择,必须要创新引领,夯实大模型落地根基;系统推进,占领高端和国际竞争战略制高点;拓展应用场景,挖掘大模型商业价值;构建产业生态,促进大模型落地协同发展;更新发展理念,实现经济社会环境协同进步。With the continuous advancement of the intelligence wave,large models have become a core technology of great attention in the field of artificial intelligence.The implementation of large models is not only the deep integration of artificial intelli⁃gence and the real economy,encompassing complex processes such as technology adaptation,scenario mining,industrial collabo⁃ration,market promotion,privatized deployment,and policy guidance,but also a process of adjusting production relations,real⁃locating economic factors,and creating economic value.It is a complex systems engineering project,with profound economic logic underlying it.The path selection for the implementation of large models must be innovation-led,strengthening the foundation for the implementation of large models;systematically advancing to occupy high-end and international competitive strategic high points;expanding application scenarios to explore the commercial value of large models;building an industrial ecosystem to pro⁃mote the coordinated development of large model implementation;and updating development concepts to achieve coordinated pro⁃gress in the economic,social,and environmental aspects.
