摘 要:探究水下爆炸复合时覆板和基板之间的压力,测量冲击压力曲线及最高峰值压力,可以为调整水下爆炸复合参数及研究水下冲击波提供重要依据。本研究设计了一种能测量压力并可以调节药厚、上覆水层厚、药板间距等参数的爆炸复合实验装置。利用此实验装置在爆炸复合时进行压力测量,并对得到的压力数据进行探究。实验表明,将压力传感器放置在基板的中间位置较合理,可以得到完整的压力曲线。上覆水层厚及药厚相同时,炸药与覆板的距离越近,测得的最高峰值压力越大。当药厚和药板间距相同时,上覆水层越薄,基板的上表面压力越大。传感器能够测量出药板间距为60、80 mm及以上时基板上表面的最高压力,测量过程持续6~10μs。研究结果对爆炸复合工艺的改进优化具有重要意义。To explore the pressure between cladding plate and base plate during underwater explosion welding,measuring impact pressure curve and peak pressure can provide an important basis for the adjustment of underwater explosion welding parameters and the study of underwater shock wave.In this study,an explosion welding experimental device is designed which can measure pressure and adjust parameters such as explosive thickness,overlying water layer thickness and plate to plate spacing.The experimental device is used to measure the pressure during explosion welding,and the obtained data are explored.The experiment indicates that it is reasonable to place the pressure sensor in the middle of the base plate,and a complete pressure curve can be obtained.When the thickness of overlying water layer and explosive are the same,the closer the distance between explosive and cladding plate,the higher the peak pressure.When the explosive thickness is the same to the plate-to-plate spacing,the thinner the overlying water layer,the higher the pressure on the upper surface of the base plate.The sensor is capable of measuring the greatest pressure on the upper surface of the base plate,when the plate to plate spacing is 60 mm,80 mm,and above,with the measurement process lasting 6~10μs.The research findings are of significant importance for the improvement and optimization of the explosion welding process.
