摘  要:为了彻底消除海上瞎火弹抛海后的遗留隐患,提出基于双环境力水压引信与聚能装药结构的销毁装置及方法。水压引信采用水压传感器测定深度,分别于10 m水深处解除保险、12 m水深处起爆;设计ø42.5 mm聚能装药,通过AUTODYN软件进行40Cr材质、25 mm壁厚试验弹侵彻仿真计算及50 mm厚45^(#)钢锭、试验弹侵彻销毁试验。结果表明:销毁装置起爆深度准确,销毁能力可满足现役炮弹的需求。该装置可消除安全隐患,避免失泄密事故,减少对海洋环境的污染,具有积极的军事效益和较广的应用前景。To thoroughly eliminate the potential hazards caused by misfired naval shells discarded into the sea,a destruction device and method based on a dual-environmental force hydrostatic fuze and shaped charge structure is proposed.The hydrostatic fuze uses a hydrostatic sensor to measure the depth of water,with the safety device releasing at 10 meters and detonating at 12 meters underwater.A shaped charge device with diameter of 42.5 mm is designed,and by AUTODYN software,penetration simulation calculations are conducted with a test projectile made of 40Cr with a thickness of 25 mm,as well as penetration and destruction tests are carried out with the test projectile and 45#steel ingot with a thickness of 50 mm.The results indicate that the initiation depth of the destruction device is accurate,and its destruction capability meets the requirements of active service shells.And this device can eliminate safety hazards,avoid accidents of information leakage,reduce the marine pollution,and has positive military benefits and broad application prospects.
