摘　　要：静态乳化现场混装车利用管道式静态乳化器进行现场制乳、在炮孔内进行敏化。该车在地面站装载无爆炸属性的水相、油相、敏化剂等原材料后,于作业现场进行乳化、敏化,在设计和生产过程中具有本质安全性。本文介绍了静态乳化现场混装车在露天矿山的实际应用情况,对乳化炸药生产配方、装药效率、爆破情况进行了总结。工业应用表明:静态乳化现场混装车产品配方适应性强、爆破效果好、单耗低、装药效率高,该混装车的成功应用无论在国家的政策引导上,还是本质安全上都将促进乳化炸药现场混装车安全技术的发展。The static emulsion site mixed and charged truck adopts a pipeline static emulsifiers for on-site emulsion preparation and sensitization within blast holes.After loading non-explosive materials such as aqueous phase,oil phase,and sensitizer at the ground station,the truck performs emulsification and sensitization at the operation site,ensuring intrinsic safety in design and production process.This article introduces the practical application of the static emulsion site mixed and charged truck in open-pit mines,and summarizes the formulation of emulsion explosive,charging efficiency,and blasting conditions.Industrial applications show that the static emulsion site mixed and charged truck has strong adaptability in formulation,excellent blasting effects,low unit consumption,and high charging efficiency.Whether in terms of national policy guidance or intrinsic safety,this site mixed and charged truck will promote the development of safety technology for emulsion explosive site mixed and charged truck.
