延期时间对直眼掏槽爆破能量释放的影响规律研究

摘  要:随着电子雷管在爆破工程中的广泛使用,延时爆破技术成为一大热门研究方向。以安徽某铁矿巷道掘进爆破现场为依托,采用数值模拟探究延期时间对直眼掏槽爆破能量释放的影响规律。通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA开展直眼掏槽爆破模拟,分析关键点的有效应力分布及掏槽爆破中的能量演化和裂纹扩展过程,优选出合理的延期时间;随后开展现场实验,通过对比爆后块度及振动总能量,选取最佳孔间延期时间。研究结果表明:在孔间延期时间为15、20 ms时,所选取测点的有效应力峰值和岩石的动能均要明显大于其他延期时间;采用MATLAB图像处理技术处理数值模拟所得的岩石切片损伤图,发现岩石损伤随着直眼掏槽孔间延期时间的增加,呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,在20 ms时岩石的损伤程度最大;对爆后块度和爆破振动效应进行综合分析,直眼掏槽在孔间延期时间为20 ms时掏槽效果最好。With the widespread use of electronic detonators in blasting projects,delay blasting technology has become a popular research direction.Based on the blasting project of a tunnel excavation in an iron mine in Anhui Province,numerical simulation is used to investigate the influence of delay time on energy release in parallel cut blasting.By ANSYS/LS-DYNA,a parallel cut blasting simulation is conducted to analyze the effective stress distribution at key points,the energy evolution and crack propagation process during blasting,thereby,to optimize the reasonable delay time.Subsequently,field experiments are carried out to select the optimal hole to hole delay time by comparing post-blasting lump rate and total vibration energy.The research results show that when the delay time between holes is 15 ms and 20 ms,the effective stress peak value and the kinetic energy of the rock at the selected measuring point are significantly greater than those at other delay times;MATLAB image processing technology is used to process the rock slice damage diagram obtained by numerical simulation,and it is found that the rock damage shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of the delay time between holes in the parallel cut,and the degree of rock damage is the largest at 20 ms.A comprehensive analysis of the post-blasting lump rate and blasting vibration effect is conducted,and the parallel cut achieves the best effect when the delay time between holes is 20 ms.
