摘 要:针对回采工作面临空巷道变形严重的问题,以某矿Ⅱ948综放工作面开采实际为工程背景,采用钻孔预裂爆破切顶卸压技术,通过理论分析、数值仿真的方法,对试验工作面的切顶卸压前后的采场应力分布特征进行研究,基于研究成果制订了试验工作面的预裂爆破切顶方案。现场试验结果表明:在已有瓦斯抽采孔基础上开展预裂爆破切顶卸压,巷道围岩应力降低明显,且变形量为30%。因此,在与试验工作面条件类似的矿井瓦斯治理与临空巷道变形控制中,应充分考虑瓦斯抽采孔与预裂爆破切顶之间的关联。In response to the serious deformation of exposed roadway in mining working face,taking the actual mining situation of theⅡ948 comprehensive caving mining face in a certain mine as the background,the stress distribution characteristics of the mining area are studied before and after roof cutting and pressure releasing in the experimental face.This study adopts the technology of presplitting blasting for roof cutting and pressure releasing,and conducts theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.Based on the research results,a presplitting blasting roof cutting plan for the experimental working face is formulated.The field test results show that carrying out presplitting blasting for roof cutting and pressure releasing on the exist gas extraction holes can significantly reduce the stress of the surrounding rock of the roadway,with deformation reduced by 30%.Therefore,in gas management and exposed roadway deformation control in mines under conditions similar to the experimental face,the relationship between gas extraction boreholes and presplitting blasting for roof cutting shall be fully considered.
