摘 要:科技研发楼地上主体部分较为复杂,存在多项不规则,2层局部有较大面积A级数据机房,故将本工程抗震设防类别提高为重点设防类(乙类),并对全楼框架结构抗震等级提高一级,地上主体结构按照设防烈度6度小震弹性计算与中震不屈服计算包络设计,并对大跨度预应力转换梁及转换柱采用大震不屈服计算包络设计。产品评审厅屋面采用多种结构方案进行比选,最终确定采用钢结构平面桁架。中间通道大跨度连接体进行几种方案分析比较,确定采用在4层楼面设置预应力混凝土托柱转换梁抬上部2层结构的方案。对屋面大跨度悬挑梁,采用将屋面层和构架层的悬挑梁用端竖杆和斜拉杆联系起来做成整体,并在内跨增设一道斜拉杆,将悬挑部位的拉力传至内跨梁板中。结构超长不设缝时考虑温差计算,梁板柱配筋均有增大,并控制最小板厚不小于120mm,提高楼板钢筋配筋量。The main part of the research and development building on the ground is more complex,there are many irregularities,and the second floor has a large area of local a-class data room,the earthquake resistant grade of the whole building frame structure is increased by one grade,and the main structure above ground is designed according to the envelope of small earthquake elastic calculation and medium earthquake non-yielding calculation of the fortification intensity of 6 degree,the large-span prestressed transfer beam and transfer column are designed by the envelope method of non-yield calculation.The roof of the product appraisal hall is compared and selected with various structural schemes,and the steel structure plane truss is finally determined.The mid-aisle long-span connector was analyzed and compared with several options,and the option of placing a prestressed concrete transfer beam on the four-storey floor to lift the two-storey structure was identified.For the long-span cantilever beam on the roof,the cantilever beam on the roof layer and the frame layer is connected with the end vertical bar and the cable-stayed bar as a whole,and a cable-stayed bar is added in the inner span to transfer the tension of the cantilever part to the beam plate on the inner span.Considering the calculation of temperature difference,the reinforcement of beam,slab and column increases,and the minimum thickness of slab is not less than 120 mm.
