极端荷载作用下大型跨营业线钢结构施工安全性分析

摘  要:庐山站扩建工程采用了“上进上出”流线设计,楼面桁架、换乘通廊和天桥组成的钢结构采用场外拼装与整体顶推施工工艺进行建设,施工过程包括3次顶推、2次落梁与1次精调。本研究使用midas Gen建立上部顶推钢结构模型,对3次整体顶推过程进行模拟,计算极端温差作用、强风作用和极端荷载耦合作用下结构关键位置的位移,并对多种不同体系结构整体顶推与落梁全过程的施工安全性进行分析及评估,得到如下结论:在第3次顶推完成后,导梁与桁架前端受极端温度作用的影响较明显,且需重点关注楼面桁架前端两侧区域的位移x或总位移;3次顶推完成后,均应特别注意结构在方向角为15°、75°、105°和165°等风荷载作用下结构的位移,防止位移过大,影响施工安全;应特别关注第3次顶推完成后桁架前端节点和导梁前端节点在强风作用下的位移。The expansion project of Lushan Station adopts the streamline design of upper in and upper out.The steel structure composed of floor truss,transfer corridor and overpass is constructed by off-site assembly and overall jacking construction technology.The construction process includes three jacking,two falling beams and one fine adjustment.There is no large-scale cross-business line overall jacking construction case in China,and the experience is limited.The midas Gen was used to establish the upper pushing steel structure model,and the three overall pushing process was simulated.The displacement of the key position of the structure under the coupling of extreme temperature difference,strong wind and extreme load is calculated,and the construction safety of the whole jacking and falling process of various different structures is analyzed and evaluated.After the third jacking,the influence of extreme temperature on the guide beam and the front end of the truss is obvious,and it is necessary to pay attention to the displacement x or total displacement on both sides of the front end of the floor truss.After the completion of the three jacking,special attention should be paid to the displacement of the structure under the wind load of 15°,75°,105°and 165°,so as to prevent the displacement from being too large and affecting the construction safety.In addition,special attention should be paid to the displacement of the front end of the truss and the front end of the guide beam under the action of strong wind after the third jacking.
