摘　　要：北京城市副中心二期东南组团二标段工程通过采用预制镀锌金属折板快速安装方法,将造型位置吊顶预制镀锌金属折板基层与龙骨采用固定,金属折板面层采用石膏板再进行固定,金属折板可根据吊顶各类造型进行深化尺寸,再进行加工预制,简化吊顶龙骨的安装以及基层板的现场加工程序,充分提高了吊顶基层的安装尺寸以及安装效率,且镀锌金属折板材质耐久性及承载力相对普通基层板而言,性能显著提高。The second section of the southeast cluster of the second phase of Beijing Urban Sub Center adopts the method of rapid installation of prefabricated galvanized metal folding plates.The base layer and keel of the prefabricated galvanized metal folding plate in the shape position of the suspended ceiling are fixed,and the surface layer of the metal folding plate is fixed with gypsum board.The metal folding plate can be deepened according to various shapes of the suspended ceiling,and then processed and prefabricated,simplifying the installation of the suspended ceiling keel and the on-site processing procedure of the base plate.This fully improves the installation size and efficiency of the suspended ceiling base layer,and the durability and bearing capacity of the galvanized metal folding plate material are significantly improved compared to ordinary base plates.
