摘 要:下承式简支钢管混凝土拱桥具有拱脚安装、定位精度要求高,钢管拱加工质量要求高,拱肋安装空间小精度高,拱肋混凝土压注等技术难点,为解决上述的施工难点问题,以东丽特大桥为工程背景,主要对拱桥的系梁支架、系梁、拱肋及拱肋混凝土本泵送技术等施工技术进行了详细说明,并在依托工程中进行应用,保证了依托工程安全高效的建设,验证了该套施工工艺的适用性,可在其他类似桥梁工程建设中推广应用。The lower bearing type simple branch steel tube concrete arch bridge has high requirements for arch foot installation,positioning accuracy,high quality requirements for steel pipe arch processing,small installation space of arch rib and high precision,arch rib concrete injection and other technical difficulties,in order to solve the above construction difficulties,with Donglite Bridge as the engineering background,the construction technology such as tie beam support,tie beam,arch rib and arch rib concrete pumping technology of the arch bridge is explained in detail,and applied in the supporting project to ensure the safe and efficient construction of the relying project.The applicability of this set of construction processes is verified,and it can be popularized and applied to other similar bridge engineering construction.
