摘 要:本研究对由双层亚麻-玻璃混合纤维增强聚合物(HFRP)加固的层压单板木材(LVL)梁在弯曲荷载下的耐久性进行了试验调查(即荷载-挠度曲线、弯曲强度和刚度)。LVL-HFRP梁分别暴露在循环喷水-紫外线辐射的风化条件下1个月、2个月和3个月,使用了2种织物序列:亚麻纤维层是粘合在木材上的内层和玻璃纤维层是粘合在木材上的内层,进行了四点弯曲试验。试验表明:(1)暴露后,梁的荷载-挠度曲线表现出相对的延展性。在1个月的暴露期间,LVL-HFRP梁的弯曲强度迅速下降34.6%~40.0%。经过3个月暴露,弯曲强度总减少率为48.6%~51.3%。(2)在1个月的暴露后,LVL-HFRP梁的刚度下降了7.4%~12.4%。在2个月和3个月的暴露中,刚度与1个月暴露后的刚度相比没有明显的变化。(3)在暴露之前和之后,玻璃纤维层加固的LVL-HFRP梁与亚麻纤维层加固的LVL-HFRP梁相比总是显示出较低的弯曲强度。This study conducted experimental investigations on the durability of laminated veneer lumber(LVL)beams reinforced with double-layer flax glass hybrid fiber-reinforced polymer(HFRP)under bending loads,including load deflection curves,bending strength,and stiffness.LVL-HFRP beams were exposed to cyclic water spray ultraviolet radiation weathering conditions for 1 month,2 months,and 3 months,respectively.Two fabric sequences were used:linenfiber layer as the inner layer bonded to wood,and glass fiber layer as the inner layer bonded to wood,and four point bending tests were conducted.The experiment shows that:(1)after exposure,the load deflection curve of the beam exhibits relative ductility.During a one month exposure period,the bending strength of LVL-HFRP beams rapidly decreased by 34.6%to 40.0%.After 3 months of exposure,the total reduction rate of bending strength was 48.6%to 51.3%.(2)After one month of exposure,the stiffness of LVL-HFRP beams decreased by 7.4%to 12.4%.During 2 and 3 months of exposure,there was no significant change in stiffness compared to the stiffness after 1 month of exposure.(3)Before and after exposure,LVL-HFRP beams reinforced with glassfiber layers always exhibit lower bending strength compared to LVL-HFRP beams reinforced with linenfiber layers.
