摘　　要：目的探索人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染者/获得性免疫缺陷综合征(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)患者同伴支持干预有效性和可持续性的机制。方法采用描述性质性研究方法,于2022年11月—2023年12月运用目的抽样法在首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院对5例HIV感染者/AIDS患者、10名感染与免疫医学科的医务工作者、6名HIV感染者/AIDS患者同伴志愿者进行半结构化访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析方法对资料进行分析。结果共提炼出2个主题:HIV感染者/AIDS患者同伴支持有效性的提升机制;HIV感染者/AIDS患者同伴支持可持续性的提升机制。结论本研究总结提炼了基于三方利益人的视角探索、促进同伴支持有效性和可持续性的要素,包括提高同伴志愿者的资质及满足同伴志愿者自身需求以促进同伴支持有效性,优化同伴志愿者的工作流程以促进同伴支持的可持续性,可为优化HIV感染者/AIDS患者同伴支持的工作模式提供现实的参考。Objective To explore the mechanisms underlying the effectiveness and sustainability of peer support interventions for human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)-infected/acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients.Methods Using a descriptive qualitative research method,from November 2022 to December 2023,a purposeful sampling method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 5 HIV-infected/AIDS patients and 10 medical workers in the infectious and immunological medicine department of Beijing You'an Hospital of Capital Medical University,as well as 6 peer volunteers of HIV-infected/AIDS patients,using the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method to analyze the data.Results A total of 2 themes were distilled,namely,mechanisms to enhance the effectiveness of peer support for people living with HIV-infected/AIDS patients,and mechanisms to enhance the sustainability of peer support for people living with HIV-infected/AIDS patients.Conclusion This study summarises and refines the elements of exploring and promoting the effectiveness and sustainability of peer support based on a triple stakeholder perspective,including the mechanism of improving the qualifications of peer volunteers and meeting the needs of peer volunteers to promote the effectiveness of peer support,and optimising the workflow of peer volunteers to promote the sustainability of peer support,which can provide a realistic reference for optimising the work model of peer support for people living with HIV-infected/AIDS patients.This can provide a realistic reference for optimising the working model of peer support for HIV-infected/AIDS patients.
