摘　　要：目的编制麻醉复苏室(post anesthesia care unit,PACU)护士对全麻术后患者口渴管理知信行问卷,并对其进行信效度检验。方法本研究基于知信行理论,于2023年7—11月,采用文献回顾法、小组讨论法、半结构式访谈法、专家函询法和预调查构建问卷条目池。2023年12月—2024年1月,采用便利抽样法,对湖北省、湖南省和河南省15所三级甲等医院共398名PACU护士进行调查,并验证问卷信效度。结果最终形成的问卷包括30个条目,共3个维度。问卷整体内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.952,各条目内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.850~1.000;通过探索性因子分析,知识、态度、行为维度分别提取2、1、1个公因子,累计方差贡献率分别为82.556%、91.825%、64.332%;问卷整体Cronbach′sα系数、折半信度和重测信度分别为0.947、0.845和0.918。结论本研究编制的问卷信效度良好,可用于评估PACU护士对全麻术后患者口渴管理的知信行水平。Objective To develop a knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire of thirst management for postoperative patients under general anesthesia among nurses in the post anesthesia care unit(PACU),and to examine its reliability and validity.Methods From July to November 2023,based on the theory of knowledge,belief,and action,a questionnaire item pool was determined through literature review,group discussion,semi-structured interview,expert inquiry,and pre-survey.From December 2023 to January 2024,the convenience sampling method was used to collect information from 398 PACU nurses in 15 tertiary hospitals in Hubei,Hunan,and Henan provinces for investigation,and to verify the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results The final questionnaire consisted of 30 items with a total of 3 dimensions.The overall content validity index(S-CVI)of the questionnaire was 0.952,and the content validity index(I-CVI)of each item was 0.850-1.000;2,1,and 1 common factors were extracted from the dimensions of knowledge,attitude,and behavior through exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rates were 82.556%,91.825%,and 64.332%,respectively;The Cronbach'sαcoefficient,half-fold reliability coefficient,and test-retest reliability coefficient were 0.947,0.845 and 0.918,respectively.Conclusion The questionnaire compiled in this study has good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the knowledge,belief,and behavior level of PACU nurses in the management of thirst in patients after general anesthesia.
