摘　　要：目的汉化结直肠癌患者手术准备度评估问卷(preparedness for colorectal cancer surgery questionnaire,PCSQ-pre 24),并检验其信效度。方法遵循Brislin模式,对原问卷进行翻译、回译、文化调适及预调查,形成中文版PCSQ-pre 24。选取2022年8月—2023年4月就诊于上海市某三级甲等医院的244例结直肠癌患者进行问卷调查,评价中文版问卷的信效度。结果中文版PCSQ-pre 24共5个维度,24个条目;问卷条目内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.93~1.00,整体内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.97;探索性因子分析提取5个公因子,累计方差解释率为68.194%,各项在公因子上载荷为0.672~0.879;验证性因子分析结果显示,χ^(2)/df=1.812,CFI=0.893,TLI=0.891,RMSEA=0.074,SRMR=0.070;问卷总体Cronbach′sα系数为0.812。结论中文版PCSQ-pre 24具有良好的信效度,可作为我国结直肠癌患者手术准备度的有效评估工具。Objective To translate the English version of the preparedness for colorectal cancer surgery questionnaire(PCSQ-pre 24),and test its reliability and validity.Methods The original questionnaire was translated,back-translated,culturally adapted,and pre-surveyed according to the Brislin model to form the Chinese version of the PCSQ-pre 24.A total of 244 colorectal cancer patients who visited a tertiary hospital in Shanghai from August 2022 to April 2023 were investigated to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the questionnaire.Results The Chinese version of PCSQ-pre 24 had 5 dimensions and 24 items.The content validity index(I-CVI)of the questionnaire items was 0.93–1.00,and the overall content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.97;A total of 5 common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance explanation rate was 68.194%,and the load of each item on the common factors was 0.672-0.879;The results of confirmatory factor analysis was χ^(2)/df=1.812,CFI=0.893,TLI=0.891,RMSEA=0.074,SRMR=0.070;The overall Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.812.Conclusion The Chinese version of the PCSQ-pre 24 demonstrates good reliability and validity,and can be used as a surgical preparedness assessment tool for colorectal cancer patients in China.
