摘  要:结合典型双发翼吊非电传民机的液压及飞控系统设计特征,分析单发停车时液压流量下降对飞控系统,乃至CCAR25-R4 B分部25.143~25.207条符合性受到的影响。此类飞机主飞控作动器采用多个作动器并联的形式,单发停车会使其中的一套或多套作动器失效,使舵面偏转速率减慢,对航向纠偏能力、最小操纵速度等单发飞行参数构成影响,任一发停车对操纵特性构成的影响基本相当。对于襟缝翼等大负载用户,通常由专门的液压系统单独供压,此时应确定影响较大的发动机(关键发动机),关键发动机失效将使襟缝翼系统运动速率下降,对失速特性造成影响。Combined with the design characteristics of the hydraulic and flight control systems of a typical wing mounted twin-engine non-fly-by-wire passenger aircraft,a function hazard analysis of the flight control system under single engine failure condition is conducted.The impact on compliance with sections 25.143-25.207 in subpart B of CCAR25-R4 due to degrades of flight control system is also sorted out.The main control surfaces are driven by multiple hydraulic actuators in parallel on this kind of passenger aircraft.Losing one engine will cause losing part of hydraulic power and decrease in deflection rate of control surface.This will further increase the impact on single engine operating capabilities such as yaw control characteristics and minimal control speed.Losing either engine has basically the same effect on handling characteristics.For large-load users such as flaps and slats,they are usually pressurized by a dedicated hydraulic system separately and the engine with greater impact should be determined.Failure of the critical engine will lead to extended time of movement of flaps and slats,which adversely affects stall characteristics.
