民用航空发动机型号合格审定阶段的制造符合性检查研究与探讨

摘　　要：围绕适航规章和程序的要求,基于民用航空发动机型号合格审定过程中制造符合性检查的工作实践,识别并解读了制造符合性检查的规章要求,探讨了制造符合性检查的工作策划、流程要求、能力建设考虑,以及委任制造检查代表(DMIR)的建设培养,为民用航空发动机型号合格证(TC)申请人开展制造符合性检查工作提供借鉴和参考。This article focuses on the requirements of airworthiness regulations and procedures.Based on the working practice of manufacturing conformity inspection during the type qualification certification process of civil aviation engines,it identifies and interprets the regulatory requirements for manufacturing conformity inspection,explores the work planning,process requirements,capacity building considerations of manufacturing conformity inspection,as well as the construction and training of designated manufacturing inspection representatives(DMIR),offering reference for applicants of type certificate(TC)of civil aviation engines to conduct manufacturing conformity inspection work.
