摘  要:自动化集装箱码头水平运输系统是集装箱码头生产物流系统承上启下的关键环节。针对传统集装箱码头水平运输系统自动化改造产生的无人智能集卡与人工驾驶集卡的混合交通冲突,设计了集中式与分布式两种控制策略下的自动化码头水平运输系统。建立了系统仿真模型,模拟不同控制策略下的运行场景并进行系统性能分析。仿真结果表明,集中式和分布式控制策略对码头整体性能、交通性能等方面均有明显提升;同时,集中式控制策略具有系统级全局最优性以及在局部关键区域的优势,而且能够降低水平运输系统通信负荷,而分布式控制策略可以降低水平运输系统集卡控制中心的计算负荷。The horizontal transportation system of automated container terminals is a key link connecting the upstream and downstream of the production logistics system of container terminals.Aiming at the mixed traffic conflicts between unmanned intelligent container trucks and manually driven container trucks resulting from the automation transformation of the horizontal transportation system of traditional container terminals,the horizontal transportation systems of automated terminals under centralized and distributed control strategies are designed.Compared with the current physically isolated scheme,a system simulation model is established to simulate the operation scenarios under different control strategies and conduct system performance analysis.The simulation results show that both centralized and distributed control strategies have significant improvements in the overall performance and traffic performance of the terminal.At the same time,the centralized control strategy has system-level global optimality and advantages in local key areas,and can reduce the communication load of the horizontal transportation system,while the distributed control strategy can reduce the computational load of the container truck control center of the horizontal transportation system.
