摘 要:本文综述了锂电负极箱板炭材料的研究现状及发展趋势,探讨了石墨化炉的种类功能及其优缺点,概述了箱式石墨化炉在提高产能、降低能耗及增强结构稳定性方面的显著优势。同时阐明了锂电负极箱板炭材料在负极石墨材料处理中的关键作用。鉴于炭材料具备电热转化属性和块体结构特征,使其成为负极材料石墨化的高性能容器的首选材料,尤其在箱式炉中不可或缺。此外,还概述了预焙阳极材料用于负极箱板初期选材中体现出的优缺点。本文提出随着箱板粉板比要求的提高、再结合炉芯温度均匀性的实际要求,亟需对箱板炭材的制备、原料及均质性设计提出了新的要求,以期为艾奇逊炉在新能源领域的拓展提供资料参考价值和选用依据。This article reviews the research status and development trends of carbon materials for lithium battery anode box plates,explores the types,functions,and their advantages and disadvantages of graphitization furnaces,and outlines the remarkable advantages of box-type graphitization furnaces in enhancing production capacity,reducing energy consumption,and strengthening structural stability.Meanwhile,it elucidates the crucial role of carbon materials for lithium battery anode box plates in the processing of anode graphite materials.In view of the electrothermal conversion properties and bulk structure characteristics of carbon materials,they have emerged as the preferred materials for high-performance containers in the graphitization of anode materials,particularly indispensable in box furnaces.Additionally,it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages exhibited by pre-baked anode materials in the initial material selection for anode box plates.This article posits that with the escalating requirements for the powder-to-plate ratio of box plates and in conjunction with the practical requirements for the uniformity of furnace core temperature,new demands for the preparation,raw materials,and homogeneity design of box plate carbon materials are urgently required,with the aim of providing reference value and selection basis for the expansion of the Acheson furnace in the new energy domain.
