摘  要:以六水合硝酸钴、六水合硝酸镍和尿素等为原料,采用简单快速的微波液相合成法,成功制备出二维纳米片状结构的NiCo-LDH@rGO-t系列材料,并通过对微波反应时间的调控,改善材料的形貌结构。其中,NCL@rGO-60材料具有良好的导电性(R_(s)=0.28Ω)和较大的比表面积(45.4 m^(2)g^(-1))。在电化学测试中,NCL@rGO-60在1 A g^(-1)下放电比容量为1551 F g^(-1),20 A g^(-1)电流密度下容量剩余率仍保持76.6%,表现出较高的比容量和倍率性能。Two-dimensional nano-flake-structured NiCo-LDH@rGO-t series materials were successfully prepared by a simple and rapid microwave liquid-phase synthesis method using cobalt nitrate hexahydrate,nickel nitrate hexahydrate,and urea as the raw materials,and the morphology and structure of the materials were improved by the modulation of the microwave reaction time.Among them,the NCL@rGO-60 material has good electrical conductivity(R_(s)=0.28Ω)and large specific surface area(45.4 m^(2)g^(-1)).In electrochemical tests,the specific capacity of NCL@rGO-60 discharged at 1 A g^(-1)was 1551 F g^(-1),and the capacity residual remained 76.6%at 20 A g^(-1)current density,showing high specific capacity and multiplicity performance.
