摘 要:随着质子交换膜燃料电池的应用与发展,对内部作为气体扩散层基底材料的炭纸性能要求不断升高。传统使用纯树脂制备的炭纸力学性能较差且成本较高,难以满足工业需求。为优化炭纸的力学性能,使用残炭率更高、成本更低廉、来源更广泛的煤焦油沥青为粘结剂,改善炭纸的力学性能。实验采用分次喷涂煤焦油沥青,探究煤焦油沥青与树脂的结合方式对炭纸性能的影响。实验结果表明,煤焦油沥青增强了炭纸的力学性能和石墨化度,在结合方式为树脂-煤焦油沥青-煤焦油沥青-树脂时力学性能达到最优,导电性与透气性均有提升。With the application and development of proton exchange membrane fuel cells,the performance requirements for the carbon paper used as the base material for the gas diffusion layer inside are constantly increasing.The mechanical properties of traditional carbon paper prepared using pure resin are poor and difficult to meet industrial needs.To optimize the mechanical properties of carbon paper,asphalt with higher residual carbon rate,lower cost,and wider sources is used as a binder to improve the mechanical properties of carbon paper.The experiment used segmented spraying of asphalt to investigate the effect of the combination of asphalt and resin on the properties of chopped carbon fiber paper.The experimental results showed that asphalt enhanced the mechanical properties and graphitization degree of chopped carbon fiber paper.The optimal mechanical properties were achieved when the bonding method was resin asphalt asphalt resin.Both conductivity and breathability were improved.
