粉末冶金TA15钛合金组织及高周疲劳性能研究

摘  要:为了有助于深化对TA15合金成形构件的组织特征和高周疲劳行为的认识,并为粉末冶金制备的TA15钛合金在工程应用中的实际运用提供有益参考。文中通过粉末冶金法制备TA15钛合金,并对其显微组织进行表征和研究。另外,还研究了它在高周疲劳载荷下的材料性能。通过对粉末冶金制备的TA15钛合金的微观组织结构以及高周疲劳性能进行研究,采用扫描电镜(Scanning Electron Microscope,SEM)对疲劳断口形貌进行分析。研究表明:粉末冶金TA15钛合金低倍组织颗粒呈均匀分布;高倍组织为细小的等轴晶;疲劳断口裂纹萌生源均存在微小空隙及组织疏松等缺陷,该类缺陷对材料的疲劳性能造成不利影响。Thereforce it has been widely used in aircraft key bearing structure.In this paper,TA15 titanium alloy was prepared by powder metallurgy,and its microstructure was characterized and studied.In addition,its material properties under high cycle fatigue loading were also investigated.The fatigue fracture morphology was analysed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The research shows that the powder metallurgy TA15 titanium alloy low-magnification structure particles are uniformly distributed;the high-magnification structure is fine equiaxed grains;the fatigue crack is initiated from the defects such as voids and loose organization,which are detrimental to the fatigue performance of the material.
