摘  要:文中对结构抗鸟撞强度分析方法进行了梳理、总结和对比研究,分别采用工程方法和有限元动力学仿真方法,对典型翼面前缘结构的抗鸟撞强度进行分析,对2种方法计算出的前缘蒙皮的穿透速度和鸟撞载荷的差异性进行对比分析;分别改变前缘蒙皮厚度、前缘翼肋间距和前缘翼肋厚度进一步进行仿真分析,分析结果表明:工程方法计算结果偏于保守,简便、快捷,便于在结构初步设计阶段使用;鸟撞峰值载荷随着鸟撞速度的增加无明显变化规律;前缘蒙皮厚度越大,蒙皮穿透速度越大,鸟撞峰值载荷越大;前缘翼肋间距对鸟撞峰值载荷几乎无影响,但前缘翼肋间距越大,蒙皮穿透速度越大;前缘翼肋厚度对鸟撞峰值载荷和蒙皮穿透速度的影响均较小。In this paper,the bird impact strength analysis methods of structures are reviewed,summarized and compared.Engineering method and finite element dynamic simulation method are used to analyze the bird impact strength of typical wing front edge structure,and the difference between the penetrating velocity of leading edge skin and the bird impact load calculated by the two methods is compared and analyzed.Further simulation analysis was carried out to change the leading edge skin thickness,the leading edge wing rib spacing and the leading edge wing rib thickness respectively.The analysis results showed that the calculation results of the engineering method were conservative,simple and fast,and easy to use in the preliminary design stage of the structure.The peak load of bird strike does not change obviously with the increase of bird strike speed.With the increasing of thickness of the leading edge skin,the penetration speed and peak bird impact load become greater.The leading edge wing rib spacing has almost no effect on the peak bird impact load,but the larger the leading edge wing rib spacing,the greater the skin penetration speed.The leading edge wing rib thickness has little influence on peak bird impact load and skin penetration speed.
