摘 要:对方案设计阶段飞机结构布局工作快速迭代的设计方法进行研究。根据飞机结构布局主要的工作内容及其相关专业所承担的职责进行分析,给出飞机结构布局工作需总体、结构专业紧耦合,由总体权衡最终确定方案的建议。根据结构形式选择、主承力结构构件布置、结构设计分离面确定3方面工作内容,结合实际有效的工作经验,给出具体快速迭代的设计工作方法。结果表明:做好飞机结构布局工作,离不开总体和结构专业知识,但更多是与总体专业紧耦合,是多方面综合权衡的结果,同时为满足快速迭代要求,建议在总体专业的组织下采用快速简化方法来完成结构布局工作。In this paper the design method of aircraft structure quick iteration during the conceptual design phase,was studied,the main work of aircraft structure and responsibilities undertaken by associate specialities was analyzed,and the tradeoff suggestions for final concept that needs the tight coupling between overall and stucture specialities were provided.According to the selection of structural forms,the configuration of main load-bearing structural components and the separation surface design of structure,the detailed quick ineration method should be provided combing with the efficient working experiences.Finally,the aircraft structure configuration work needs to be done well,which cannot be separated frome the overall and structure specialities.However,it’s more closely coupled with the overall speciality.It’s a result weighs comprehensively from multiple aspects,so that it is recommended that the structure configuration should be mainly undertaken by quick and simplified method under the overall specialty organization.
