摘 要:与飞机结构材料相比,机载电子设备的轻微腐蚀就有可能造成电路故障和电气性能的间歇性或永久性失效,进而对飞行安全带来极大威胁。针对机载电子设备在海洋环境服役过程中故障率明显偏高的事实,从海洋大气环境、电子元器件本身及其服役微环境等角度,综述了机载电子设备故障失效的影响因子与作用机制,简述了主要的腐蚀防护对策与方法,并对海洋环境中机载电子设备故障失效的研究进行了总结与展望。期待为提高海洋环境中机载电子设备的运行稳定性、研发耐蚀电子材料、建立多因素耦合作用下的加速评价体系、探索新型防护方法提供参考。Compared with the corrosion of aircraft structural materials,a slight corrosion of avionic devices may cause intermittent or permanent failure of the electric circuits or their performances,posing a great threat to aviation safety.In view of the fact that the failure probability of avionic devices is obviously higher in the marine environment,this work firstly summarizes the factors and mechanisms that lead to the failure of avionic devices from three aspects of marine atmospheric environment,avionic devices themselves and local in⁃service environment.Then,the mainly applied corrosion protection measures are briefly described.Finally,the outlook of the future studies on failure of avionic devices in marine environment is performed.It is expected to provide references for,improving the stability of avionic devices in marine environment,developing corrosion⁃resistant electronic materials,establishing quick⁃evaluation system of avionic devices under coupling factors,and exploring new corrosion protection methods.
