摘 要:随着国防现代化与科学技术的快速发展,训练系统开发对装备战斗力形成有着至关重要的作用。针对传统的训练模式内容单一、无法对训练效果提供客观评价,提出基于作战人员能力分析的训练效能评估模型,针对受训人员能力需求提出更加完善的训练评估体系。首先基于作战使命完成训练对象能力项梳理,针对各能力项设置对受训人员能力水平测评方式;基于任务梳理训练对象的训练活动和训练资源;建立受训人员各能力项要求与训练活动及资源之间的关联模型;根据受训人员能力水平测评结果,完成训练系统效能评估与训练方案优化。与传统基于教员观测的训练效果评估模式相比,基于作战人员能力分析的训练效能评估模型通过基于能力项的训练方案匹配及测评-反馈机制,可为受训人员提供更加智能、客观的训练评估体系。With the rapid development of national defense modernization and technology,the development of training system plays an important role in the formation of battle effectiveness.In view of the simple content of the traditional training mode and the lack of objective evaluation of the training effect,this paper proposes a training effectiveness evaluation model based on the capability analysis of the combat personnel.Firstly,according to the ability item of the training object,the evaluation method of the training ability level is set up,the training activity and training resources of the training object are combed,and the correlation model between the ability requirements of the trainee and the training activities is established.Compared with the traditional training effectiveness evaluation model based on the experts’observation,the training effectiveness evaluation model based on the capability analysis provides a more intelligent and objective training evaluation system for the trainees through the capacity item based training resource allocation and evaluation⁃feedback mechanism.
