摘 要:目前国内学者的研究多偏重于装备环境破坏机理的研究,对全球范围内自然环境特性量化分析工作还不够充分。为了掌握一带一路沿线地区自然环境特性,提出飞机产品环境适应性设计对策,采用分类方式选取4个典型地区开展自然环境数据气象收集和分析工作。通过对一带一路重点战略区域数据量化分析工作,获取主要环境特性,并依据重点关注区域的环境特性,分析引起腐蚀防护等故障的因素,结合分析结果和环境故障因素对飞机产品环境适应性设计提出相应对策。Currently,domestic scholars’research tends to focus on the study of the mechanisms of equipment environmental damage,there is not enough quantitative analysis of the natural environment characteristics on a global scale.In order to master the characteristics of the natural environment along the Belt and Road,countermeasures for environmental adaptability design of aircraft products were proposed,four typical regions were selected by classification method to carry out meteorological collection and analysis of natural environment data.This paper conducts quantitative analysis of data for the key strategic regions along the Belt and Road to obtain the main environmental characteristics,and analyzes the factors that cause corrosion protection and other failures based on the environmental characteristics of the focus regions,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed for environmental adaptability design of aircraft products combined with analysis results and environmental failure factors.
