摘 要:随着复杂装备数字化和信息化程度日益加深,接口设计和管理难度呈指数级增长,需要建立一套接口设计和管理方法,以解决接口协同设计和有效管控的难题。结合工程实践经验,基于系统工程思想,研究了复杂装备接口管理的基本过程,建立了接口识别与设计的简化流程,定义了各类接口模型,提出了常规研制程序的全生命周期接口设计与管理活动,为复杂装备研制过程中的接口管理工作提供参考,具有较高工程推广实用价值。With the digitization and informationization of complex equipment,the difficulty of interface design and management increases exponentially.It is necessary to establish a set of interface design and management methods to solve the problem of interface collaborative design and effective control.Therefore,the basic process of complex equipment interface design and management is studied,the simplified process of interface identification and design is established,various models of interface are defined,and the whole lifecycle activities of interface design and management are proposed,based on engineering practice and system engineering,which can provide reference for the interface management in the process of complex equipment development.
