摘　　要：二十大报告中阐述了严守“耕地红线”的重大意义,耕地保护和粮食安全再次成为社会关注和热议的焦点。论文以德兴市为例,采用GIS技术,通过“内—外—内”的组织模式,结合多重数据对德兴市耕地后备资源调查进行评价,为该区域耕地总量平衡、社会建设发展用地调整以及土地利用的总体规划等提供参考依据。The 20th CPC National Congress report stated the great significance of strictly observing the“cultivated land red line”.Cultivated land protection and food security has become the focus of social attention and hot discussion again.This paper takes Dexing City as an example,adopts GIS technology,and evaluates the cultivated land reserve resources through the organization model of“inside-outside-inside”and combined with multiple data,so as to provide reference for the total balance of cultivated land in the region,the adjustment of land use for social construction and development,and the overall planning of land use.
