摘　　要：从历史视角来看,中国社会是个高度组织化的文明,以组织社会学的研究范式来审视当下乡村治理媒介化会有不同的阐释理路。本项研究调研了县级融媒体中心参与乡村治理的经验,分析其赋能乡村治理的组织逻辑以及在乡村政治、经济、文化维度发挥功能的组织机制。县级融媒体中心超越传统的政治喉舌、广告营销和知识扩散作用,其赋能乡村治理的转向体现出一个组织制度环境与技术环境的互动张力,功能的“选择性位移”表现了组织创新行动的生成机制,蕴含着现代乡村治理体系的多元协同理念。From a historical perspective,Chinese society is a highly organized civilization,and there will be different interpretive approaches to examining the mediation of rural governance based on the research paradigm of organizational sociology.This study investigates the experience of multiple county-level convergence media centers participating in rural governance,analyzes the organizational logic that empowers rural governance,and the organizational mechanisms that play a role in rural politics,economy,and culture.The county-level convergence media center goes be-yond the traditional role of political mouthpiece,advertising marketing,and cultural education.The transformation of rural governance through the convergence of county-level media reflects the interactive tension between an organizational institutional environment and technological environ-ment,and the“selective displacement”of functions reflects the organization’s innovative actions of adhering to the principles of integrity,containing the concept of diversified collaboration in modern rural governance systems.
