摘　　要：近代中国新闻教育的主流是学习欧美的院系职业教育,中国共产党在根据地、解放区开创的新闻训练班模式未得到学界充分关注。本文研究了新民主主义时期中国共产党创办的短期新闻训练班之肇始、发展、高潮和走向终结的实践历程,认为该模式是中共结合战时需求和国情党情自主探索新闻教育的集中体现,特征是政治改造为先,业务教育面向实际需要;理论与实践相结合,学习与劳动相结合;自学为主,集体讨论和教师指导为辅;短时灵活,学员毕业即进入新闻岗位。1955年中国人民大学新闻系建立后,这种模式被专门化、系统化的高等新闻教育模式取代,但其红色基因是社会主义新闻教育发展的思想根基,也为解决当下新闻教育之困局提供了思考。In modern China,the mainstream of journalism education focused on learning from Eu⁃ropean and American departmental and vocational training systems.However,the news training programs initiated by the Communist Party of China(CPC)in base areas and liberated regions have not received sufficient attention from academic circles.This article examines the inception,development,climax,and eventual conclusion of the short⁃term journalism training programs es⁃tablished by the CPC during the period of New Democracy.It argues that this model was a con⁃centrated expression of the CPC’s independent exploration of journalism education,combining wartime needs with national and party conditions.The characteristics of this model include priori⁃tizing political transformation and meeting practical needs;integrating theory with practice and learning with labor;emphasizing self⁃study with collective discussion and teacher guidance ser⁃ving as supplements;and offering flexible,short⁃term training with graduates immediately entering journalism positions.After the establishment of the Journalism Department at Renmin University of China in 1955,this model was replaced by a specialized and systematic higher journalism edu⁃cation model.However,its red genes serve as the ideological foundation for the development of socialist journalism education and provide insights for resolving current dilemmas in journalism education.
