摘　　要：科技进步为无障碍设施的设计、实施与优化提供了新的动力,推动了无障碍环境建设在智能化和数字化方向上的转型。这一转型不仅有助于提升残障群体的生活质量,亦促进了社会的普惠性发展与可持续性目标的实现。无障碍环境建设不仅限于基础设施的物理改造,它同时是社会文明进步的体现,反映了社会对弱势群体的关注与关怀。实现无障碍环境建设的成功,离不开全民的广泛参与、政府的政策引导、企业的技术创新及社会组织的积极推动。本文旨在探讨科技赋能与社会力量协同作用的重要性,并深入分析如何通过多方合作推动无障碍环境的普及与优化,以期为社会的全面进步与和谐发展提供理论依据与实践路径。Scientific and technological progress has provided new impetus for the design,imple⁃mentation and optimization of barrier⁃free facilities,and promoted the transformation of barrier⁃free environment construction in the direction of intelligence and digitalization.This transforma⁃tion not only helps improve the quality of life of the disabled group,but also promotes the inclu⁃sive development and sustainability goals of society.Barrier⁃free environment construction is not limited to the physical transformation of infrastructure.It is also a manifestation of the progress of social civilization and reflects society’s concern and care for disadvantaged groups.The success of building a barrier⁃free environment cannot be achieved without the extensive participation of the whole people,the policy guidance of the government,the technological innovation of enterpri⁃ses and the active promotion of social organizations.This article aims to explore the importance of the synergy between technological empowerment and social forces,and provide an in⁃depth analy⁃sis of how to promote the popularization and optimization of barrier⁃free environments through multi⁃party cooperation,with a view to providing theoretical basis and practical paths for the com⁃prehensive progress and harmonious development of society.
